To speak with someone or to book an appointment, please contact us at 613-629-4243. We will be happy to direct your call or get you started with the intake process. We serve clients age 17 years and over who live in Renfrew County and our services are offered free of charge.
PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION
When you call the main office, an Admin Support Worker will ask you for your information.
COMPLETING THE INtake
The Admin Support Worker will transfer your call to a counsellor to complete an initial assessment. If a counsellor is unavailable at that time, the Admin Support Worker will have them call you at their earliest convenience.
Register to SERVICE or PROGRAM
Following the initial assessment, you will be placed in the program or service that best suits your needs. You will then be provided with the date, time, location of your first session.
