GROUP COUNSELLING

Group Counselling

Group counseling offers a unique avenue for healing and growth, providing participants with invaluable peer support and shared experiences. At the Robbie Dean Centre, we facilitate a variety of group sessions, each spanning 8 weeks in duration. By coming together in a supportive environment, individuals can gain a deep understanding of their struggles and develop healthy coping strategies.

Group sessions offer a powerful opportunity for participants to journey through acceptance and healing alongside others who understand their experiences firsthand. This sense of shared understanding and solidarity can be immensely comforting and empowering, fostering a sense of belonging and resilience in the face of adversity.
