Samantha is currently a part-time counsellor with the Robbie Dean Centre. She graduated from Carleton university in 2014 with an honours degree in psychology, focusing on developmental psychology.
Her thesis related to symptoms of PTSD in individuals who have experienced one or more trauma.
She is certified ASSIST (Suicide Intervention), child abuse awareness, as well as a mental health first aid and BNT (Brief Narrative Therapy)
In addition to volunteer work with an anxiety workshop at the Petawawa PMFRC.
She will be graduating from the Algonquinquin college’s social service worker program in April 2017.
